Mondo A/S, Danish software development, IT and outsourcing organization is looking for Internal IT manager to coordinate all internal IT related activities over 3 countries – Denmark, Ukraine and Pakistan.

Ideally we are looking for young and motivated 2nd line management person, who is dreaming and acting to become a CIO in the international company in a feature or acts as the CIO now. You will be working from Ukraine office on corporate level tasks and report to Ukraine and Denmark management.

Ideal candidate should meet following requirements:
- Fluent oral and written English;
- IT university education;
- Experience working as IT manager, managing infrastructure and business applications;
- Experience writing documentation, guidelines and procedures;
- Project management experience;
- Ability to organize and structure processes and environment;
- Experience working in international and multinational organization;
- We expect ambitions for career growth;
- Experience working with vendors and outsourcing some of the tasks.

You will be responsible for:
- Hardware standardization;
- Security;
- Business software;
- Portals;
- Procedures guidelines;
- Budgeting and tracking expenses.

International travel ability is required, travel time 20-40 days per year ( Denmark, Pakistan).
