A large multinational company, the world's leader in the sphere of development and production of computer systems, software and storage systems, complex customer tailored solutions, business and IT consulting is announcing an opening for the position of Technical Support Representative. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: on-site installing, maintaining and repairing multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems; coordinating hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the Customer; performing services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of systems and products. Major requirements: University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; 2+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair multi-vendor systems and components; excellent IT knowledge (cross platform p-series, z-series, SSD); ability to analyze problems and situations, build relationships with Client.
