We are looking for top experienced IT specialists for permanent work in Technical Team Lead / Chief Software Architect positions in complex distributed online game project. Mandatory requirements: experience is system architectural design creation and implementation, distributed systems design experience, knowledge in design patterns, UML knowledge, design tools knowledge, strong algorithmic base, experience in project design documentation creation and maintaining, thorough knowledge in .NET technologies, deep knowledge and good experience in C#, multithreading programming, technical leadership abilities, people management experience, acquaintance with software development methodologies, fluent English. Would be a plus: knowledge of C# 2.0 innovations, C++ experience, COM knowledge, game technologies knowledge.
